2. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will revise it until it meets your requirements. The guarantee applies to work completed during your active subscription period and is subject to reasonable revision requests as determined by our team.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Requests that significantly change the original scope of work
• Issues arising from third-party services or dependencies outside our control
• Work requested after subscription cancellation

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain all intellectual property rights to the custom work created for you. We may use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components in future projects.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our service and we cannot resolve the issue through revisions, please contact us to discuss options.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
